Remove Authenticator

I wish to remove my Authenticator on this account.

I updated my Ipod Touch's software and when I reinstalled the Authenticator it gave me a different serial number and I can not log on.

I can provide the original Serial Number with this account if needed.

If the authenticator has been reset, and you do not have your iPod Touch backed up, Fold, and you are unable to access your account, you must contact Billing & Account Services for assistance.
