I recently got keylogged and im going through the happy process of getting a character back.
but i tried to log into wow today to play for a bit and it wont let me saying my account was temporarily disabled. so i went to my email and i did something to help secure my account etc. how long can i expect to wait till i can play again?

You should have received an email directing you to a webpage to fill out and submit once you are certain your system and email are secure.

That seems to be what is currently needed to get this unlocked.

Battle net email
reconfirm above
world of warcraft account name
Registered users First name
Registered users last name

I then sent it but nothing happened and a few minutes later i got a email from accounts and billing which was just a automated response.

That sounds like it's received and in process then. It may take a day or so to get processed fully and the account unlocked. The email would have been an auto-response acknowledging receipt.
