Alright, before I begin I would like to thank Blizzard for recovering my recently hacked wow account.
I have already sent an email to [email protected] about a chargeback made on my account and I've decided to post on the forums with an trail account because for no reason my real account is not allowed to post on the forums.

Anyways, I will ask my questions.

1) Why does my account have an chargeback, even if all of my characters did not move, nor did anything dissapear from it (gold, gear, items)?

2) Why doesn't Blizzard understand that hackers and not me, stole money from Blizzard! I mean even they know that my account got hacked! And I did not play WoW in a long period of time because of school too, so they could use that as a reason.

3)Why can't I post on the forums with my real account to prevent confusion and anything like that?

4)And last question is: Do you guys think Blizzard will be able to take off the chargeback, because I would very much like to restart playing WoW!

Thanks in advance guys for taking your time to understand my problem, and I hope i did not do any bad for posting my issue on the forums.

Billing would be the ones to best address this.

It's not at all uncommon for compromisers to use stolen credit cards on accounts and for some odd reason - the owners of them seem to often object!

Go figure :)

Billing should be able to help you get this sorted out.
