I think that "We are currently experiencing a high volume of petitions." should be changed to something more appropriate. Its been months with that on tickets and its not even the start of the x-pac or something that would bring a surge of players into the game. How about "We don't have enough staff." /endrant

There are a number of different things that contribute to our high volume of petitions, Aggronaught, it doesn’t always pertain to new content being released. As of now, our wait times are sitting just under two days, but that number fluctuates greatly based upon the number of petitions that our players enter. If you feel that the high volume messaging should be changes, I would urge you to write on the Suggestions Forum. I would also like to point out that we are currently hiring for both our Irvine and Austin locations:

Q u o t e:

I think what Aggro is addressing is the fact that it's no longer a "high volume of petitions".

Having gone on as long as it has, this condition could now be argued to be "the norm".

As stated above by Tandaa, we have dropped out wait times drastically as recently as a few weeks ago, Skunkwerks. I can verify that petitions were being addressed in under 24 hours just a few days ago.

Interesting, Skunkwerks, since I see your last petition, the one that was created 17 hours ago, is already marked as resolved. Now, that is time since you opened it, as it was actually received by one of our Game Masters roughly 5 hours after you opened it.
