Clear violation of the TULA she MC's a hordie in order to get them healed to full anytime they are low on HP in elwynn forest in order to kill the people who attempt to kill them this is obviously a clear violation of the TULA since we are not allowed to assist the horde in any way shape or form.

The only activity prohibited by our Terms of Use that I am aware of, Leanidus, is cross faction communication. Meaning using an in-game exploit to have an Alliance character speak with a Horde character. This does not apply to normal emotes of course and chat through other means is not prohibits. Just direct communication between characters.

Wintrading would be another activity that would be deemed a violation of our policies.

Beyond that, I think Jaina Proudmoore and Thrall would disagree that the two factions need to be steadfast enemies. :)

Let me get this straight blizzard has nothing that stops people from diminishing the enjoyment of the game from my end?

If it diminishes your enjoyment by people using abilities that they are granted, then yes. We have nothing that stops people from doing that.

We do not currently consider there to be an issue with someone using their Mind Control ability in this manner. If they want to grab a character and heal them up, so be it. It isn't a matter of wanting less work, we want to help whenever possible, otherwise we wouldn't offer assistance in all the areas that we do. We simply disagree that what is being done is against our policies.

I'm sorry, Leanidus, but if you believe that this behavior should be considered against our Terms of Use the best thing you can do is provide your feedback in our Suggestion forum. Our Developers, Community Managers and policy makes review posts made in that forum and appreciate any feedback you can provide. They will certainly take it into consideration.
