Lost Title after Faction Change

So I changed factions the other day only to find out that my 'Crusader' title did not follow my character over the Horde. I submitted an in-game ticket about this and got a reply saying that Argent Tournament (and some other) reputations are reset upon changing factions. I know that, it says so in the Faction Change FAQ, but it also says that your character titles will remain unaffected on the same FAQ page.

What bothers me about this (besides that this is my title-of-choice for my character) is that all of the other reputation-connected titles and rewards DID follow my character to the Horde. For example, my Silver Covenant Hippogryph turned into a Sunreaver Dragonhawk (a mount requiring exalted with Sunreavers/Covenant) and all of the titles like 'of the Undercity', 'of Orgrimmar', etc. stayed with my character. What's funny is that these other titles not only require exalted reputations, but also require that you have earned the right to represent these factions in the Argent Tourney. Aren't these the same requirements for the 'Crusader' title?

So why is my 'Crusader' title gone? I don't understand what the problem is, and i REALLY don't feel like doing dailies for the equivalent of a month to get my title back... Doesn't seem very fair, nor does it seem consistent with the above circumstances and prerequisites.

Any help on this?
