Hacked account restored now disabled

I recently had my account hacked and had my characters restored and did the password change through the link I was given. Now when I try to log on it's telling me it's permanently disabled. I'm trying to get through to account services but everything is full. I'm going to keep trying but I was hoping maybe I could get some information here....just to help ease my worries.
