Q u o t e:
so i can't get my gear back
Did you actually read the link I provided, Forceofdeath? If you did you may have seen the very first section in that post that says:
Q u o t e:
Now, don't panic. Blizzard Entertainment's Account Services and In-Game Support teams are here to help you, and below we've highlighted a guide from our Knowledge Base that will walk you through each step of the account recovery process including securing your account, regaining access, reporting any losses, and preparing for restoration.
What to do if Your Account Has Been Compromised
http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/30796 Which leads to basically a check list of things to do. Step Four:
Contact In-Game Support to Report Any Character, Item, or Currency Losses
http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=30807 Which will lead to Step Six:
Remain Patient ("When will I get my characters back?")
http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=30809 So although no restoration is ever guaranteed, Forceofdeath, our Investigation team will look into your compromise and do what they can. If they are able to verify the compromise and what happened during that time they should be able to repair the damage (i.e. returning stolen gold, sold, deleted or disenchanted items, etc...).
I linked that thread because it contains a great deal of information regarding this process as well as advice on how to secure your computer, please read it.
