Account disappearing.

So i let my account go frozen on battle.net a couple of days ago and when i logged in to put in a game card to pick it back up the account was no where to be found under the my accounts tab all i had was the 10 day free trial so now i am using that to write this post cause i have no other choice. Does anyone know where my account went or has this ever happened to anyone else?
