Account security

i was hacked before and blizzard has restored all for me .
im sure that my computer is safe but i received two email about Account Action Notification and password is changed ‏ while i was playing game then i cant login ,the page display account has been temporarily disable for 3 hours.There are already many times.
after 3 hours i login my account ,there is nothing changed .
i dont know why .
tell me please if you know , i dont want lose it.
