Hey guys, I've had a ticket open for up to if not over 3 weeks in duration. I was simply wondering what is up with the ticket itself, and this seemed to be the appropriate place to ask.

My name is Xvatbot - I am a hunter on Frostwolf(US)

About the ticket in question: it was opened about an item looted inappropriately during a raid, ID'd 4964921.

And prior to other people asking, "everything would be fairly rolled for, outside of BoEs and Saronites. There will be no other reservations, MS>OS"

That is strange, Xvatbot, it sounds like a similar issue we've been before where a response was given but the icon itself experienced an issue so it continued to look like it was pending.

I'll take a look, odds are the issue was already addressed but I'll see what happened.

From what I can see, Xvatbot, the matter was reviewed. The response you should have been able to see on your screen should have thanked you for your report and let you know that the matter would be looked into and all appropriate actions taken. I am sorry for any inconvenience and confusion caused by the malfunctioning icon that has been on your screen.

I closed down the previous response so you shouldn't have that issue next time around.
