You cannot log in until---

Hello everyone, last time I was on this character was August first. I logged on the 3rd, and tried to get on my druid. I got an error "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete." However, I haven't transferred, or even tried to recently. The last time I did was a good month ago.

No, I'm afraid not, Rakogon, if it was a simple matter of a transaction that needs to be canceled I might be able to help but your situation is a bit more complicated. It seems that there was an issue with the payment regarding this transaction.
