Extreme Problem

I will explain this exactly how it happend, I get a new pc come home and excitedly start setting it up and download my WoW and BC, then i upgrade to WOTLK play for a few hours get off. Weirdly before i started playing it gave me the option to pick between accounts WoW1 and WoW2...I pick WoW1 being it had my main and all, and i also didn't know what it was all about, i come home a few hours later that night and my WoW1 is Closed or Banned. Can some one please explain what happend and if i will even have my account back again.

It looks like someone who accessed to your account violated our Terms of Use to such a degree that it required the account to be closed, Wthiswrong. This usually indicates botting or the use of a hack/exploit such as teleport or speed hacking.

That doesn't necessarily mean that you did these things, but it is important to remember that we view the activities on the account first, and work to stop them from continuing.

After that our Account Administration department can review the information and determine if the account was compromised at the time.

Please check out the thread that Daniera linked. If you have a new system odds are it has not been compromised but it is good to be certain.

I am very sorry for what frustration this matter causes. Account Administration as well as our investigation staff will process your case as quickly as possible.
