How is it possible that the gold-selling website[Removed] can have bots at Ironforge and Stormwind all the time? They float in the air in a big heart-shaped pattern and then form the words igs.com

They are always there. Are you seriously telling me there is nothing the folks at Blizzard can do about this? The spam emails can be filtered. The chat spam can be filtered via addons. I can't do much about the persistant whispers except keep telling them to "Go die in a fire". C'mon guys! Please do something about this. You can't sue these sites for EULA violations or something?

Absolutely not, Gorgola, and our Developers are working on dealing with the overall issue. What needs to be understood though is that much of what is done is working within the in-game mechanics and thus how it is stopped is a bit important as we do not want to negatively impact legitimate players.

In the meantime though please report any incidents of this that you come across via an in-game petition. Including the phrase "Body Spam" or "Body Advertisement" will help our Game Masters locate your report faster, be certain to include the general location that this is taking place as well (i.e. Stormwind Bank, Orgrimmar Auction House, etc...).

As the others stated, we take what actions we can when we are able to. :)
