Cache of the Ley-Guardian

Hello, I recently did the Oculus Heroic for the first time, and after we defeated Eregos, everyone looted this item from the chest and left before I managed to get a chance to do so. Now I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I couldn't loot the item afterwards, because it disappeared from the chest after the last person left. I made a ticket in-game like... 40 minutes ago, but the realms are going to be going down soon, so I'm posting here too. Any response would be appreciated, and if I should have posted this in the bug report section, please feel free to move it there.

This, unfortunately, is a known issue.

If you are alone, i.e., there is no more group left - just you, you are sometimes unable to loot the cache.

I make it a habit in my groups of asking everyone if they have theirs before I disband :)....or make sure I'm the last one to leave.

Also of note in that dungeon in particular, if someone dies and is running in - please don't loot the chest till they are back in the instance!
