PTR can't access my toon

What should I do, delete and re-copy her, I tried to complete a quest and it was porting me somewhere and I haven't been able to get on my hunter, Taigasan, since that time, which was I believe two days ago. What should one do if this occurs on the PTR? Thank you for your time,

You may try creating a ticket in-game, Taigasan, however there is an extremely limited support staff manning the beta. You may also try copying over a new version of the same character, if you would like. I would recommend not deleting the previous version, as there may be other ways to make it accessible to you once again.

Out of curiosity, what zone were you in when you got stuck?
