Trial Acct unable to upgrade and error

Hi Blizzard Tech Support

I upgraded my trial acct 3 days ago and it failed. So i try to buy a CD Key from your website Battle.net but the system auto opened a NEW wow2 acct in my Battle.net. I Emailed to https://us.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml?locale=en_US. and totally no reply from them. It have been almost 3 days..please help. Thanks

Billing will be the only department able to assist with this.

If you are having difficulties with our Singapore number, I would recommend investigating a program such as Skype and trying to use the international number.
