Faction Change problems PLEASE REPLY

I cannot undergo a faction change even though I have all of the requirments. I entered the correct information and it continues to say "An error has occured with the transaction". I'm trying to contact a GM ingame but seriously, my title "Ghostknight the Patient" means nothing. I am NOT patient and this ticket is taking forever. ((Well over 10 hours))

Ghost, looks like a few things were in transit from your guildbank.

Please check your inbox, ingame. Once that is cleared out, I suspect this will probably go through for you.
