Ticket escalated?

I opened a ticket asking about recovering my items and gold, I eventually received an in game notice that my ticket had been escalated and that an email was sent regarding the ticket. My records show that you were sent an e-mail today-8/15/2010-at 9:47:09 AM regarding a password reset , Maldobar. That e-mail does not give you the results of your account investigation, though. That will be sent at a later time, when your escalated petition is looked into further.

I would refrain from creating another petition. Doing so may remove the current one from its place in line, and serve to increase your wait time.
