Hello there, I recently recovered my account from a hacking issue. I opened a ticket asking about recovering my items and gold, I eventually received an in game notice that my ticket had been escalated and that an email was sent regarding the ticket. Problem is, I didn't receive an email and its been a few hours since I got the escalated notice. is this normal or did the email not get sent? Yes I've confirmed my contact email and have checked all junk mail boxes.
