Questions about account, authenticator

I'd like to ask, if you remove an authenticator from an account, could it be reattached later?
Also, is it possible to transfer one's Battle.net account to a new e-mail address?

If an authenticator is removed, you most definitely can add it to the account again at a later time.

You also may change the email address associated to the Battle.net account at anytime via Account Management. After logging into Account Management, click on the “Settings” drop-down menu, select “Change Your E-mail Address”, and follow the on-screen prompts.
