Chance of getting my stuff back?

I just got hacked last night and had pretty much everything taken from my characters. I submitted a ticket this morning. For those of you who have been through this already, did you get your stuff back? And if you did, how much were you able to recover?

Hiya Trinjali,

You should be able to gain most of the items that were lost during the compromise. If you are missing anything in particular, you can always reply to the email sent to you with the information regarding your investigation to inquire about any additional items that may be missing. You can also send an email to wowgm@blizzard.com.

You do not have to be online and you can continue playing as normal.
