Please Help, As I am Unsure if I'm Banned

I received messages saying I was going to be banned but I was taking a break from WoW and thought I would never play again, However with CATACLYSM I figured why not play again, so Am I banned or did they cancel my ban... thing.

Is the account you are posting under the account in question? Banned accounts can't post :)
