3 week ticket / 2 weeks "soon"

I submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago about a Master Looter taking an item he didn't win. A little over a week later my ticket was marked "Your ticket will be serviced soon" - now, more than a week later it's still marked like that, with no in-game mail or any other indication it's been dealt with.
Is this a glitch or am I supposed to wait longer?

Edit: Actually, it was 3 weeks, my bad.

Hmm, Askme I do not see that there is a petition open regarding this issue. The last petition I see opened by this character was 19/06/2010 regarding an heirloom dagger.
