I recently opened a ticket in order to report an event in which the master looter system was abused; the master looter in question did not adhere to the rules which he had set. After my ticket received the "escalated" status for a few days, I received an in-game mail telling me to go to the forums if you were reporting an error with master looter functionality. I am aware that I will probably not be able to receive the item in question, but is there any further action you might be able to take?
A quick recount of what happened with the master looter:
The ML (who will not be named) specifically said that loot rules were, and i quote, '1 main spec, 1 off-spec, 1 mark.' The raid (Icecrown Citadel 25man) went fine until Deathbringer's Will dropped. I rolled a 95, and the ML rolled a 49 or so. After much heated debate in raid chat, the ML looted the item to himself and logged off the game.
