I just submitted a ticket, however:

I would much rather not bother them if you could check on something for me or verify that what I believe is true is true.

I'm looking for a mail that I possibly never looted from the brew of the month club, specifically the one sent out in April. (It's the only one greyed out in my achievement that shouldn't be, as september is the last one i should really need.)

So, Metok's Bubble Bock, the name of the brew, is what I'm looking to see if I ever got the mail or if it got deleted or if I looted it and deleted the item somehow...

If it did, I am confident my ticket will be fine and I can get it restored. If not it must be some weird bug lol.

We really cannot see mail of that nature - well, not after that long, Symphonic.

I'm sure they'll look into this from your petition - I'm not sure we CAN give you that brew. Some things expire on a date and simply are not functional later. I'd leave your petition open so we can see what we might be able to do for you.

If it's on the character you are posting under, a quick check of your mail, inventory and deleted inventory is not showing signs of this.
