I've read all over the site and done everything that was suggested; changed my e-mail address and passwords, ran virus scans, bought an authenticator, filled out a web form with all the info, and submitted an in-game ticket.
My question is on the ticket. This is the first time I've ever had to make a ticket for anything, and I'm not sure how the process works. Do I just sit around in-game waiting for a GM to PM me? Because I've been doing that for the last 6 hours, and I need to cook some supper.
Also, what is the normal resolution for these situations? Do people get back everything they had previously?
*sigh*, like I needed anything else to stress about.
