im not trying to "by pass" im trying to get a gm to look at my ticket and tell me how long i have to wait.

I'm not certain why I would need to look at your petition. As the others said, Heheownage, queue times are around 2 days currently.
Q u o t e:

You should also know that the CM's on this forum are not the GM's in game handling in-game tickets. So their estimation would be as good as anyone's estimation that has already been provided to you.

CM's which would be Community Managers do not usually post with the CS Forum. They hang out in General and the class, pvp, and role type forums. Their job, in the most basic sense is to collect feedback and take that to our Developers and take information from the Developers and disseminate it on the forums.

We are not CM's as it were but we are also not technical Game Masters (GM's) We are Customer Service Forum reps, what we do is best described in the first thread in this forum.

Q u o t e:
Well, actually, they are. And not, in a sense.

They were picked from a pool of Senior GMs to post here.

O.o That is a new one for me, Alvraen. :D Though I would say many of us who work in the CSF were specially selected it, was after a fairly lengthy and rigorous application process and though the original members of this team were drawn from the In-Game Support department staff (i.e. Game Masters) we have since expanded to include those from many areas within support. We weren't selected from a pool of Supervisors/Seniors though. Though some of us were likely on our way into that roll when this position became available.

Any Blue response you MAY get here is going to give you the current ticket wait time, which is around 2 days. Then, your ticket will be escalated into the restoration queue, which could be another 1-3 days. I also should warn you that no restoration is ever guaranteed.

If it is just a simple restoration of the character and we don't need to restore items, it should be able to be completed by the Game Master who addresses the petition. Only the more complicated restorations would require further assistance/wait/investigation. :D

Heheownage, the "spam" the others are referring to is the continual bumping of your thread. You may bump your post is your truly must have a blue response and nothing less will do, but only do so if the thread falls off of the first page.
