Time on restoration Characters?

This is entirely my fault. I'm not blaming anyone but myself.

When Blizzard first announced Real ID on the forums, I watched carefully over the thread(s), waiting on some official word if they intended to go through with it. Apparently they made a comment, to the effects of

"we are monitoring the situation but plan to go with it nonetheless".

Thinking that's an official word, I decided to cancel my sub, deleted my toons, and was focused on playing F2P MMO's until TOR came out.

But what do you know? A day after, they printed out a retraction of the app. So I decided to stick around and play more. I've already sent an Email in (July 19th) and still waiting for an email stating yay or nay today (2 weeks)

Enough with the personal story, I was wondering how long does it usually take for a restoration (If possible)?

I was able to see the billing email that was sent from us, not the one received. Please reply to that email or the address provided with the information requested. Thank you, Masticon.
