Petitioning multiple violations.

I have had a petition open since july 8th, and due to various people using vulgar languge in a vary short amount of time I amended my ticket to include the various offences. (I may have also added in other offences between these two dates, cant remember for sure)Come July 14th a similar situation occured and I again edited my ticket to include numerous new offences.

Towards the end of July I inquired on here making sure my ticket had not gotten lost somewhere and Orylia responded that it had been broken up into several petitions on Blizzards end and as such would take a bit longer then normal.

Now I'm left wondering..

1.) How are these multiple petitions being placed in queue. Are they suquential like 5, 6, 7 and 8 for example, or are they dealing with one petition at a time and then placing me at the bottom of the queue again? I'd actually find it rather funny for someone to be actioned against a month after the fact.

2.) I have not edited my ticket or been able to report new offences since July 14th(actually on logging into the game and double checking I see I did edit it once more at a later forgotten date.) because I am not certain of how it's being handled. Well I am aware of [email protected] by the time I tab out and get my email open the offensive text is often gone, along with the name of the offender. Can I just keep adding further offences to the same ticket and basically have a permanent ticket open, although I will run out of space eventually.

3.) Just to check again my petition is still being looked at one way or another and hasn't gotten stuck in lala land?

Thanks for your time.

All the issues under the account you are currently posting with are showing resolved, Aaldayen.

You still have a ticket icon open? Are you certain that's not a GM response? The petition system was changed some time ago so that responses can be made through that ticket icon.

Q u o t e:
as of 2 hours ago it was an open ticket that I was able to edit or abandon. I am referring to this character btw.

That's odd, perhaps a side-effect of some of the splits.

Everything I see on this account looks resolved as of this time.

So should I just abandon the ticket then?

Yeah, I think the system may have gotten confused. Everything I see here looks dealt with - and we do thank you for the reports!
