Upgrading an account with a debit card

So I have this Visa gift card, that is a debit card, and it has the necessary money on it, but everytime I enter in the correct info, I get an error 202?
Whats this error mean?
and I'm also unsure of what to put down as the name, because there is no name on the card obviously, and i tried my own name

Well, from your other post, it sounds like you need to contact Billing anyway.

I'd inquire when you call about this as well.
