The first is called "Eredar Twins" by "hao liu (10z)," and indeed, 10z can be seen to the right of the pile of skulls.
The second is called "uh oh" by "isaac bladrige (smasher)," with an identical signature in an identical location. The pictures, as far as I can tell, are also exactly identical.
This strikes me as a little fishy. While I'm not one to jump to the plagiarism conclusion, I doubt that "isaac bladrige" and "hao liu" are the same person who submitted the same work twice, which leaves two options that I can see: they both worked on it, and each one submitted it, or one of them took it from the other and called it their own.
Does anyone know what the deal is? Maybe I'm just out of the loop, but surely I'm not the only one that noticed this.

I like that the immediate reaction was "omg art thief plagiarism kill die" and not "Looks like someone at Blizzard entered the wrong file name"
As Liedel pointed out, it could be a mistake on the part of Blizzard, and I sincerely hope it's a simple misunderstanding as opposed to outright art theft.
