My trial didn't upgrade after 72 hours!

Your account has been succesfully upgraded, Sun Aug 1 12:40 pm. After 72 hours You can chat. Lies, i go to inbox, inbox is full, go to general chat, don't have permission, try to buy a 5s chest piece off the ah, can't. Someone buying guild sigs 10g, i can't do that. What gives?
Call the number, our gues are full, or there is a 45 min wait, i don't have that long left on my calling card. I try in game help, high volumes, which i am told is 3 days. Sent in an email, but still waitin. Anyone here able to help?
