Is there any way a gamemaster could possibly turn this buff back on for us? Some paladin nerd raged and turned off the buff during deathwhisper and wiped the raid. We really can't do it without the 30% buff for obvious reasons.

A soft reset should return it, everyone does need to be outside (not even logged out inside) for that to happen.

This is not something we can reset, I am sorry.
