Faction Change Problem

Yesterday and today I tried to change to alliance to horde but it kept on saying "A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox" I have checked my mail many times no gray mail and i have no bids in the AH, anything I can do or do I have to call.

Is this the character you are trying to Faction Change, Disapal?

Give it ten minutes or so, Disapal, then try to initiate the Faction Change once again. Let me know how it turns out, if you have the time. :0)
