I see several accounts associated with this one, Colld.

I also see several actions for spamming. You do know it's expressly forbidden to advertise casino's - right?

Out of 7 accounts, I only see one banned.

That one has two level ones on Blackrock and yes - it was indeed spamming.

I see another under a temporary suspension for the same thing, but a suspension is not a ban.

If an account breaks our rules, doesn't matter if it's 1 day or 1 year old, it broke the rules and would be treated the same.

Any requests for review need to go to Account Administration at [email protected] from that account's registered email address.

You didn't answer my question.

We don't deal with Billing here, you'd have to ask them about that.

As to 'warnings' - not every violation necessarily is going to be warned - not that you aren't fully aware of this particular rule looking at notes on these associated accounts.

There are some actions ingame that can go straight to a permanent ban.

As I said, you need to speak with Billing about any Billing issues.

So, these other accounts on this Battle.net aren't you?

This is no new thing for these accounts. If they aren't yours - well, that's a whole other discussion.

There is no part of that post encouraging this.

Casino's themselves aren't necessarily rule-breaking.

Advertising them IS.

This tells me absolutely nothing regarding to casinos being allowed or not.

I am not here to discuss my matters with anyone other than a Blizzard rep. Thank you.

Then you need to conduct your business through email or petitions, Colld. This is a public forum where other players in good standing are encouraged to help their fellows.

As I stated earlier, to appeal this, Account Administration is the department to contact. The Game Master staff cannot assist with this once it is at this point.
