Unfortunately, Tolomas, it appears that there has been an issue with some payments, including a previous character transfer that was done, you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department directly in order to get this straightened out.

It doesn't appear that you have been in queue for 5 days, Dunhurtmi, you were in queue for 2 days before you canceled the transaction and then 3 before you canceled again. I don't know if it would have eventually made it through though, your request is currently pending but again it looks like there may be an issue with the transaction.

I am sorry for what frustration this may cause you, Dunhurtmi, I can only recommend that you continue to try and get through to our Billing and Account Services department. They should be able to figure out what the issue may be with your request and perhaps help get it processed.

If you receive the busy message please hang up and try again, our staff is working to address those calls as quickly as they can it just takes a bit of luck to get through when they are this full.
