Calling billing

been trying for 3 days to get though FOR 3 DAYS its saying the billing "Q" IS HIGH CALL BACK LATER love there support

Not that I have any hard fast evidence of your method of calling, Eliette, but I would suggest using a landline to call Billing & Account Services, as you are less likely to get disconnected. If a landline is not available to you, you may be interested in seeking other methods, such as VoIP-or Voice over IP-systems.
