For this particular issue its best to call billing so they can assist you. You can also use the web form and they will contact you by email, although it would be better to talk to them by phone.
Account Services Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time
