Account hacked last year, can't get back.

Greetings,

Last year my account was hacked(approx. February 09), so was my email as well. long story short, blizz has decided to keep it on complete lock-down.
I was told by a billing person over the phone, that once she merged the account in question to my battle.net account and put an authenticator on to the account, my chances would be much greater of getting everything restored.
I have done everything that was necessary and appealed the decision, but only information I see is the standard response, "The account in question is not bound to this email address so we cannot disclose any information".

Any tips or suggestions?

I can't contact billing via phone, I work 12 hour days, and billing is closed when I get home.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hellos Grimmtusk,

Q u o t e:
If it says locked, then you need to email [email protected] and inquire about the lock. Unless billing placed a lock on it for a charge-back, then only account admin can assist in this matter.

Unfortunately, Billing and Account services will not be able to assist with this particular issue. The lock dispute on this account will need to go through Account Administration, you can contact them here:
You can email them any time, if you have any further questions please let me know.

well you see Zenlyth, this is part of my problem aside from what I have spoken about already, when I appealed and whatnot all I received was the typical email response saying they have received my email. Then all I get after wards is the good ole' Customer Satisfaction Survey. Nothing more, nothing less.
Grimmtusk, I understand that you may have disputed this already and that you have received a generic answer regarding the situation.

From my understanding the account did violate the Terms of Use and unfortunately, further inquiries will need to be disputed with Account Administration. I apologize if the information that was provided by them was not clear on the violation. You are more than welcome to contact them once again and ask for more information.
