Paid subscription but cant log in

I've just paid my monthly subscription (battlenet says it's active) but when I try to log into the game, it says my prepaid time has expired and wont let me log in. I know it can take up to an hour or so but it has been almost 3. Any ideas?
Also, I just installed LK, do you still get a free month when you install the full versions of the game?

I can't see very deeply into that system, Laranae - but I suspect you are correct about this just being processing time.

As far as free time, the month has only ever been on the original version of the game - expansions do not come with a free month.
