He said my paladin, whom was deleted accidentally, was restored.
I relogged, refreshed character list, and still dont see him.
The paladin's name was Nelian.
Can someone check in on this?

Fastfood, it appears that both Nelian and Mydes were restored by the same Game Master today. They are not, however, on Sargeras as your posting character is. They seem to be placed on Bleeding Hollow currently. If this was not by your design, then I would suggest filling out the following form: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=30824).

Q u o t e:

This isn't quite accurate -- there is no hard "restore limit" on characters, items, etc. Whether you receive a restoration or not is up to the individual GM who receives your request. They will look at stats such as how many restores you have requested before to determine if you're abusing the restore system or not.

In your boyfriend's case, if the GM said that he restored the character, then he really meant to. Maybe he just forgot to hit the restore button, or maybe there was a miscommunication.

Alternatively, the Game Master may have actually done everything on their end to restore the character, but it was not showing, due to Naleh's boyfriend already being at character limit. This is something we try to be aware of when restoring a character, but it does slip through the cracks every once in a while.

What was the name and realm of your boyfriend’s character, Naleh?
