Guild Bank contents not displaying?

I recently received GM of my guild and today I found that the contents of the guild bank is not showing and nobody else in the guild can see it either. I made sure that each tab can normally be seen but it looks like nothing has ever been placed in any of the tabs. All gold is still intact and under the logs of each tab, nothing has been taken.

Has the contents been removed or is it just not able to be seen? How do I fix this problem?
