Won't Let Me Cancel Subscription

Hello, I'm trying to cancel my WoW 1-month recurring Subscription but it just says

Status:Pending
then my account level etc

And under Payment Options it only lets me ADD payment, not Remove, it's making me very irritated because it seems like Blizzard is trying to MAKE me continue paying.. Does anyone know how I can stop the beast from feeding on my bank account?

Having a payment pending is all that comes to mind to me as well - but Billing should be able to assist with this.
