Weird Orcs floating in Orgrimmar

Hi,

Almost every time I go to Orgrimmar I see these Level 1 Orc Warlocks floating in the air on top of each other, they're not using any spells to make them go up in the air, but they've been there for a few weeks now. Also they sometimes just disapper then come back again in the same spot. I don't know what's going on but I'm just reporting this incase they're using third party programs or something. This is happing in Stormwind too because when I was in there on my Allaince character I saw Humans, it looked like they were spelling out I word.
I don't know what's going on.

They use those as flying billboards to attempt to advertise for illicit gold selling operations.

They don't normally last very long though *mwhaha*, *cough* *cough*

I mean, those are normally dealt with swiftly through other means :)
