The Battle for Darrowshire quest bug help?

It appears that someone tried to do the Battle of Darrowshire before i got there because when I got there the battle was raging, the person one is supposed to protect isn't even there, and I had another character that put the Relic Bundle down (before today, which is how I know of this bug to begin with) and am wonderig if the in-game ticket I currently have in is the only way to alleviate this issue... and, yes, I know the forums are not a way around the ticket queue, however two to three days seems a bit much to wait for this kind of issue.

If it is possible all I want is the raid to be reset so I can complete this quest.
