Is there any way to check the status of your recovery? I have recieved no e-mails besides customer survey requests, and the standard "we're working on it, please don't respond to this e-mail" notes you are sent as soon as you let them know you've been hacked.
Should I just keep waiting, or am I missing something? I want to call again, but I feel like I'd be hassling them.
Also, I've made new characters and now I'm worried I may be over the 50 character limit (I got tired of waiting). Is it true that your lowest level chars will be deleted if necessary? Naturally, that would be my bank toons, which have all my stuff...
Would anyone be kind enough to give me a suggestion?
