When I'm waiting for a dungeon or BG queue in Org, I run in circles on top of the bank.

When my self-buffs' timer gets down to an odd number I ALWAYS refresh it.

I keep my bags perfectly organized.

When I ran with a pre-made group in Battlegrounds helping people reach Grand Marshal -- back during the old ranking system in original World of Warcraft -- I must admit I was often one of those gnomes in Ironforge running around and jumping at random. Duels have never played a very significant role in warming me up for objective-based PvP, but for some reason incessantly jumping around, and controlling the camera to focus on specific objects or angles in the process, still helps get me prepared for checking my surroundings at all times when it's game time.

I also just love the animation of the gnome jump. :)
