Scourgelord Tyrannus - Glicthed Badly

Scourgelord Tyrannus in heroic Pit of Saron glitched quite badly just before, he dismounted while trying to say 2 lines at once (one of the lines being a repeat of what he had just said) he was unattackable and didnt get back on his mount instead just stood there like a stunned mullet.
The group ran out of the instance to try and reset him, but it did not work, so we wiped ourselves to try and reset it that way, still nothing.
Eventually the group dispanded but I had opened a ticket to a GM to see if there was anything they could do, however after a few hours of me standing around and getting Rimefang's health down to 1(where it stops going down) I decided to leave the instance seeing as it was doubtful I was going to get a reply from a GM.
So now I am here asking, is there anything anyone can do for me? I have been trying the past few weeks to get the ring that drops from the scourgelord and i feel like im being cheated out of an opportunity to get it. I can't attempt it again till tomorrow and while thats not overly bad it just seems unfair.
If I can't get the ring from him, i'll be quite happy with a simple 85 Ashen Verdict rep so i can get the ring for being friendly with them.
