Using sufficient types of scanners is important. No single scanner is going to catch everything and there are distinctions between what will catch what types of malware.
Also, have the launcher open with a bit of gibberish typed into the fields as you scan. Some malware that specifically targets WoW accounts won't 'wake up' unless the launcher is active.
Naturally, you'll want to run these one by one. Running any scanners together is just asking for them to cripple each other.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
