Q u o t e:
Hey, it's me the friend that his account is linked to. Since posting this my friend has been completely hacked. can we please get a blue in here!
This is very odd.
While your compromise matches up very well with the 'typical malicious' variety of intrusion, your friend's doesn't - at least not yet.
Would anyone else have had access to both your accounts and possibly THEY had malware on their system?
That's just speculation at this point, but would seem to fit this pattern.
Anyway, any compromise works pretty much the same. First, making absolutely certain your system and email are secure - then getting recovered.
I'd also highly recommend adding authenticators as an added layer of protection.
To get back into control of this account with parental controls attached, contacting Billing is going to be necessary - preferably by phone. It can be a bit challenging to get into the queue at times, but remember they work 7 days a week so this weekend may be a bit easier.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
